PRINTS
You will have no problems hanging the canvas safely and securely. All of the canvases consist of a hand-assembled stretcher frame made from the highest quality timber and are approximately 2cm (¾”) thick ensuring you receive an elegant, lightweight and robust canvas.
The prints are produced using the best water-resistant matte cotton material and the latest industry-leading UV resistant HP Latex Ink technology, which prevents the colours from fading over time. This all ensures flawless, crisp, colourful image standard with a quality feel and durability.
The canvas consists of a folded edge and is stretched over the wooden frame resulting in the image appearing on the side of the wooden frame.

The Matt Senior Photography watermark will be present in the corner of the physical canvas print, however, it will be much smaller in size than the watermark visible on the product images and it will also be slightly transparent.

Yes, it is possible to purchase multiple items. For canvases, the delivery cost for each additional item is less than the cost for a single item. Please see our delivery prices page or our delivery tab on the product pages for more information on shipping costs and additional items.
To ensure that your goods arrive undamaged, we only use high-quality packaging. Our canvas prints are provided with extra edge protection to avoid any damage to the corners during transit.
Unfortunately, items are automatically shipped with no tracking.
If you’re not at home when courier delivery is attempted, the courier will keep hold of your package and leave a message. They will then attempt delivery on the following working day or will leave the package with a neighbour or at in a safe area.
If your item arrived damaged, you can return it to us. Please take a few pictures of the damage and send a description of the damage and your order number to prints@mattseniorproductions.com or through our contact form. We will review your complaint and let you know how we can help you as soon as possible. Please note items that are not damaged cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be given upon cancellation due to the fast processing time.

No, unfortunately there’s no way to select a faster shipping method. Once your order has been confirmed, delivery takes between 4-8 working days which includes the processing time taken to create your canvas print.
We regret that due to our quick order processing times, your delivery address in most cases cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
For ecological and health-protection reasons, our canvas prints are printed exclusively with solvent-free inks. This does mean that they can be sensitive to moisture. With this in mind, ensure that prints are not hung up in rooms with high humidity levels, such as bathrooms. Never wipe your canvas with a wet cloth.
